On Wednesday September 28th, @DigitalMR_CEO Michalis Michael presented at a meetup on biomedical relation extraction and text analytics applied to social media.

Michalis' presentation covered the topic of 'Text Analytics Applied in Social Media Listening for Customer Insights' - touching points such as "noise" elimination (i.e. removing irrelevant posts), high accuracy sentiment analysis, emotions analysis, the position of social listening in market research, and what the future holds.
