Summary

DMR is a high-tech AI, data, and market research company that is developing innovative IdaaS intelligent data as a Service) and SaaS products on the cutting edge of ML and AI to enable businesses to understand and leverage unstructured data to inform their key decisions and operations.

 

We are looking for a Data Sourcing Intern based anywhere in Europe to be responsible and manage all our existing online data sources and find new sources through vendors.

 

This is a full-time engagement with significant opportunities for innovation, growth, and

advancement in data science, client engagement and business development.

 

Requirements:

• To be a great fit with the DMR company values

• Basic knowledge/understanding of how API’s work

• Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Be able to have meetings and negotiate with vendors and software engineers

• Reliable and adaptable to meet changing business needs

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a timely manner

• Knowledge of coding and the ability to produce crawlers and scrapers autonomously or with minimal guidance, will be considered an advantage

• Technology or engineering background will be considered an advantage

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 3-6 months internship

• Be responsible for all the good functioning of all DMR’s existing data sources used on listening247

• Find new sources through vendors and negotiate new business relationships

• Learn how to use listening247 and develop a good understanding of how post gathering works as a user

• Find and cooperate with partners that can create custom crawlers and scrapers for the DMR online post needs globally
